Is this safe to use in a car seat?

Snuggo is acomfort pillow, not a safety device, and it isn't a substitute for a properly installed car seat. Itdoesn't go behind your child's back or under the harness straps— it rests on the front of the body. Always follow your car seat manufacturer's instructions.

Will it fit my child?

It measures 56 × 42 cm (22" × 16.5") andworks best for kids roughly 3 to 8 years old. Younger toddlers may find it oversized, and by around 9 most kids no longer need the support. If it doesn't fit yours,our 60-day guarantee covers you.

Will my child actually keep it on?

That's the whole reason it's shaped like a plush animal instead of a foam ring. Kids hold it rather than tolerate it — the hand pockets give them somewhere comfortable to rest their arms, and the short-pile fabric feels like a stuffed toy, not gear. Every kid is different, which is why you get 60 days to try it.

Will my child get too hot with it?

The outer layer is breathable short-pile fabric and it only covers the chest and shoulders, not the neck all the way around. On very hot days, we still recommend running the A/C to the back seats.

Can I wash it?

Yes.The cover is removable and machine washable.Wash cold on a gentle cycle and air dry to keep the pile soft.
